Entering athletic compliance (SGASPRT)

Athletic compliance is entered in SGASPRT.

Enter the athlete’s student ID and Go.

Enter the term for which you intend to enter athletic compliance information for the student. Tab. Note the Student Status auto-fill with ACTIVE.

Open

In the Compliance section, click on the Sport field to view and select the appropriate Sports Activity Code.

Click on the Status field to select the appropriate option from the Sports Status Validation table.

If the student is a Walk On, click on the Eligible field and the WO code will auto-fill.

If the students receives Financial Aid, click the Athletic Aid flag. Save.

To enter a new code, click on the Insert button, a new line will be provided to add the additional code.
